To place an order, contact us at info@planoplastics.nl  You send an e-mail with a clear description of your order with a detailed working drawing where possible. When we receive your e-mail, you will receive a quotation, order confirmation or, if there are questions on our part, a phone call as soon as possible.

No, we sell exclusively to business customers. In fact, we are a wholesaler and processor for the professional, business user.

You can order samples of Alucobond and Acoustic Felt via the samples shop. Would you like to receive samples of another material? Please contact us via info@planoplastics.nl

We apply a minimum order value of €250, excluding sample orders (excluding VAT and shipping costs).

Yes, you will receive the invoice in your mailbox after delivery of the order.

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, dimensions and destination of the parcel. These will be stated in the quotation.

We use various carriers, including our own drivers. The shipping method depends on the size and weight of the material, see explanation below. Shipping costs are always mentioned in the quotation.

  • Samples - When you order samples only, fixed shipping costs always apply.
  • Parcels - When you place an order with larger material, the shipping method depends on the weight and dimensions of the parcel to be sent. Parcels are always lighter than 30 kilos.
  • Pallets - All orders falling outside the above categories will be shipped on a pallet. This includes orders larger than 1.5m² or heavier than 30 kilos.

Our own drivers have a fixed route in part of the Netherlands and Belgium. If your parcel or pallet needs to be delivered in this area, it goes with our drivers, otherwise we send it with a courier service.

We work with several carriers with the right quality requirements. Including PostNL and TNT, but we also have our own trucks.

The delivery time depends on the processing and print run of the order to be made. Please contact us by phone on +31 (0)40 251 00 10.

Only when we ship it with PostNL or TNT will you receive an e-mail with Track & Trace code as soon as the order is dispatched. With this Track & Trace code you can track the order.

When your parcel is sent by Plano transport, you will not be able to track it. Your order confirmation states an agreed delivery date. You can assume that you will receive your parcel on this date. If there is a delay, you will be notified.

When you arrange to collect your order and your order is ready, you will receive an e-mail. You can then collect your order from our dispatch via POORT 2.

Your delivery may have been delayed by our carrier. If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, please contact our logistics team (phone no. 4 in our menu) or your contact person in our sales department.

Custom-cut materials or customer-specific manufactured products can be not can be returned. If you order a full plate, you can return the material within 14 days, if the material is undamaged and (on both sides) still with the protective film. For returns, please inform our sales department. After receipt and inspection, we will return the full amount to you excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are for your own account. 

Damages should be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Was your material delivered damaged or did you receive the wrong material? Send us an e-mail with order number and any photos of the damage. We will contact you as soon as possible.

After receiving your order, we will start producing it as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have ordered custom-made products, it is possible that production has already started, in which case cancellation is not possible. To cancel please contact us by phone on +31 (0)40 251 00 10.

Yes, we offer a warranty on our materials. The warranty period may vary depending on the type of material. Please refer to the product information or contact us for more information on warranty conditions.
