Plano Plastics pursues its ambition and successfully acquires Underwater Windows®.
The successful company Underwater Windows® became part of the Plano Plastics Group on 1 January 2021. Underwater Windows® is a perfect addition to Plano Plastics' product portfolio and their ambition to grow across the board.
Underwater Windows® currently supplies customised plexiglass underwater windows worldwide. The acquisition of Underwater Windows® will enable Plano Plastics to scale up production and develop further swimming pool products and accessories. This will make the luxury market segment more accessible to a broader global target group.
Former owner Mark Hoentjen will remain the point of contact and will work closely with the new owner Michiel van Rijsingen.
