MILLING

Milling is a process in which material is removed using a rotating tool, the milling cutter.
All possible hole patterns, shapes, logos, engravings, and cut-outs can be sawn, drilled, or milled with this tool.

LASER CUTTING

A laser beam is a versatile tool. With our industrial lasers, we can cut out all kinds of shapes and products with pinpoint accuracy.
In addition to cutting, the laser machines can also engrave perfectly.

Polishing

Diamond polishing is the process of making the surface of a material smooth and shiny, giving it a highly reflective effect.
In addition, there is also the option of flame polishing, which uses a flame to give the top layer a shiny finish.

Bending

Various materials (acrylic, PET-G, polycarbonate, polystyrene, Forex) can be bent at various angles using a heating coil. This is done using a bending bench.

Glues

Nowadays, most plastics are bonded with UV adhesive. UV adhesives are single-component adhesives that cure under the influence of UV light.

Assemble

In our display department, various components are carefully assembled by our own staff.

Our fully automated sheet metal warehouse supplies our sawing machines with the correct sheet materials. This enables us to quickly provide large quantities of materials in the correct dimensions.
